AmFuels is a privately held, forward thinking, service-oriented oil and gas industry marketing company. Since 2012, we bring together both the buyer and seller of crude oil, refined petroleum products and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) across the production to consumer life cycle; upstream, midstream and downstream.

We have offices in Tallinn, Estonia, Washington, DC and MIami, FL.

Our partners include national oil companies, international oil companies, governments and industry.

We operate in Europe, Africa and Asia as our core focus, and the United States, Central and South America and the Caribbean’s.

AmFuels executive board is comprised of a former Fortune 500 global director and US Marine, a retired high-ranking civilian US government official, and executive advisers from academia and industry. Together the executive team delivers over 150 years of business and government experience to each customer interaction.

The company’s chief executive is Stephen Wyatt.


AmFuels™ complies with all relevant national and international legislation and regulation and is overseen by our chief legal office.

We strive to ensure all business conducted on the company’s behalf should be compliant with the applicable legislative and regulatory regime, including international sanctions

We do not tolerate bribery or corruption of any form. Each member of AmFuels has signed a pledge never to participate in bribery or corruption, not to do business with individuals and companies who do.

AmFuelshereby undertakes that, at the date of the entering into force of the Contract, itself, its directors, officers or employees have not offered, promised, given, authorized, solicited or accepted any undue pecuniary or other advantage of any kind (or implied that they will or might do any such thing at any time in the future) in any way connected with the Contract and that it has taken reasonable measures to prevent subcontractors, agents or any other third parties, subject to its control or determining influence, from doing so.
