Military logistics convoy — international fuel supply operations
Government Fuel Supply & Logistics

Fuel Supply for Requirements That Don't Fit Standard Templates.

AmFuels™ Intl Inc sources and delivers fuel products for U.S. Government requirements — including contingency environments where conventional supply chains do not exist.

Built for Complex Environments

Established in 2012, AmFuels™ Intl Inc is a U.S. Government contractor specializing in international fuel procurement, supplier coordination, and logistics. Our experience includes sourcing petroleum products and managing supply requirements in markets where conventional procurement and distribution arrangements may be inadequate.

Our experience as a U.S. Department of Defense fuel contractor includes working with technical specifications, delivery schedules, supplier commitments, and contract documentation. We apply that experience to challenging requirements involving unfamiliar markets, complex transportation arrangements, and demanding delivery conditions.

Core Capabilities

What We Deliver

International Fuel Sourcing

We identify and qualify fuel suppliers across international markets, including regions where established commercial networks are limited or absent. Our sourcing approach prioritizes reliability, specification compliance, and documentation integrity.

Contingency Logistics

Contingency environments require supply solutions that do not depend on functioning commercial infrastructure. We develop delivery approaches from first principles — identifying unconventional routes, alternative suppliers, and practical workarounds when standard options are unavailable.

Supplier Coordination

Coordinating multiple suppliers across international jurisdictions requires precise communication, documentation management, and an understanding of each party's constraints. We manage supplier relationships to keep complex supply chains moving.

U.S. DoD Contracting Experience

We have direct experience operating under U.S. Department of Defense contracting frameworks — including the documentation requirements, quality standards, and compliance obligations that government fuel contracts impose.

Complex Delivery Requirements

Delivery to remote, austere, or operationally sensitive locations demands planning that accounts for infrastructure gaps, regulatory environments, and security conditions. We develop delivery plans that reflect the actual conditions on the ground.

Specification & Documentation

Government fuel contracts require precise specification compliance and rigorous documentation. We manage the technical and administrative requirements that ensure fuel products meet contract standards and that all documentation supports contract performance.

Documented Operation — Central African Republic, 2014

When the Original Plan Failed, We Found Another Way.

In 2014, AmFuels™ ran a contingency fuel supply operation in the Central African Republic amid civil conflict and severe infrastructure disruption. Conventional fuel procurement and distribution channels were unreliable or unavailable, requiring an alternative approach to sourcing and delivery.

AmFuels™ developed an alternative supply strategy, identifying international fuel sources and coordinating suppliers, transportation, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions. This approach enabled us to overcome significant logistical obstacles and fulfill U.S. Government fuel requirements under challenging operating conditions.

The Central African Republic operation demonstrates the approach that continues to guide AmFuels™: understand the requirement, identify the obstacles, and develop a practical solution when conventional methods are insufficient.

Our Approach

When Conventional Solutions Fall Short, We Find Another Way.

Complex fuel supply requirements demand more than identifying a product and quoting a price. AmFuels™ evaluates the complete requirement, including specifications, supplier availability, transportation, documentation, delivery conditions, and operational risks. We then develop a supply strategy designed around the actual conditions of performance.

01

Understand the Requirement

We begin with a precise understanding of what the contract requires — specifications, delivery conditions, timeline, and documentation standards.

02

Map the Constraints

We identify every constraint that affects delivery — geography, infrastructure, regulatory environment, supplier availability, and security conditions.

03

Develop the Solution

We build a supply approach that works within the real constraints — not the assumed ones. This often means unconventional sourcing routes, alternative suppliers, or delivery methods that standard contractors do not consider.

04

Execute and Document

We manage execution with the documentation discipline that government contracts require — ensuring that every step of the supply chain is traceable, compliant, and defensible.
